Top 3 star hotel with over 90 rooms in Hampshire seeks an experienced Chef De Partie to join their busy team. Preferably you will have 18 months experience on a sauce section. Rosetted experience would be ideal however not essential. You need to be able to take control of the hot plate in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous. Working within a brigade of ten you will be mainly responsible for the Sauce Section. The hotel has over 100 weddings booked this year as well as a busy Banqueting Calendar. The hotel operates a buffet style breakfast and lunch service to provide a quick service to it?s residents and Conference Delegates. Evenings is more fine dining with a ten starter, ten main course a la carte menu.
